We welcome reports from security researchers acting in good faith. If you believe you have found a vulnerability in an ActTrident product or this website, please tell us privately before disclosing publicly.

How to report

Email [email protected] with a description of the issue, steps to reproduce, and any relevant context. Please do not access, modify or exfiltrate data that is not yours, and do not degrade the service for others.

What to expect

We will acknowledge your report promptly, keep you informed of progress, and credit researchers who wish to be named once an issue is resolved. We will not pursue legal action against good-faith research conducted within these guidelines.
